Stay: from Saturaday 4 pm until the following Saturday at 10am.
Consumption of water, electricy and gas: € 20,00 per person.
Final Cleaning: € 30,00 for a two-bedroomed apatment; € 35,00 for a three-bedromed apartment (not including the kitchen area).
Club Card: € 30,00 per person for adults for week,€ 20,00 for childreen between 4-10 years old.
Bed linen: we are happy to provide this a charge of € 8,00 per change.
Bathroom towels and kitchen cloths: we regret that we are unable to supply these.
Cots:we are unable to provide these.
Animals: we are sorry, but you cannot bring your four-legged friends.
Cautionary deposit: guest are requested to pay € 100,00 at the beginning of their stay which will be returned to them at the end of their stay once the inventory and the cleanliness of the kitchen are have checked.
EARLY BOOKINGS: There is a discount of 10% if you book before 30/05/2007.

Stay: in periods A and B, stays can be of any length from a minimum of two nights. In the remaining periods, stays must be from Saturday at 4pm to the following Saturday at 10am.
Stay in two-rooms: you must pay three whole. Quotes in order to have 20% reduction on the fourth bed.
Single room supplements: Children (0-2 years) sleep for free in their own cots, but their meals are included.
Air-conditioning: € 50,00 per rooms per week.
Club Card: € 30,00 for adults and € 20,00 for children between 4-10 years old.
SPECIAL EARLY BOOKINGS: there is a discuont of 10% on bookings made before 30/05/2007.
