Parghelia, whose name means “sea shore”, together with the near Tropea, is one of the most suggestive coasts in Calabria: gilded beaches and small bays, a cliff (Pizzuta) in the middle of which there is a majestic rock named “Palombaro”. Thanks to its geographical position, Parghelia is an usual halting-stop for tourists who mostly go to Capo Vaticano.
